By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.

1. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

Employers and recruiters using our Services represent and warrant that they are authorized to act on behalf of their organization.

Jobonn acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting job seekers with employers.

Our Services may include:

• Permanent and contract hiring
• HR outsourcing services
• Executive search and leadership hiring
• Career advisory and guidance

Jobonn does not act as the employer of candidates unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

3. User Accounts

Where account registration is required:

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
• Users must immediately notify Jobonn of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• Jobonn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Job Seeker Responsibilities

As a job seeker, you agree that:

• All information, resumes, certificates, and documents submitted are accurate and truthful.
• You will not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information.
• Submission of a profile, resume, or application does not guarantee employment, interviews, or job offers.
• You consent to Jobonn sharing relevant profile information with prospective employers for recruitment purposes.
• You will use the platform only for lawful employment-related purposes.

5. Employer Responsibilities

As an employer or recruiter, you agree that:

• All job postings and hiring requirements provided are accurate and lawful.
• Candidate information received through Jobonn will be used solely for legitimate recruitment purposes.
• Candidate data will not be sold, transferred, distributed, or shared with unrelated third parties without appropriate consent.
• Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions and employment practices.
• Any recruitment fees or service charges shall be governed by separate agreements where applicable.

6. User Content

Users retain ownership of resumes, profiles, job descriptions, and other content submitted through the platform.

By submitting content, you grant Jobonn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Store and process such information
• Display and distribute information for recruitment purposes
• Share candidate profiles with prospective employers
• Improve and operate our Services

Users remain solely responsible for the content they submit.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While Jobonn strives to provide effective recruitment and advisory services, we do not guarantee:

• Employment for any job seeker
• Selection of any candidate by an employer
• Availability of specific job opportunities
• Suitability of candidates for employer requirements
• Accuracy or completeness of all user-provided information

Final employment and hiring decisions remain solely between employers and candidates.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, or database
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with platform functionality or security
• Collect or scrape information from other users without authorization
• Impersonate another person, organization, or entity

9. Mobile Application Usage

When using the Jobonn mobile application:

• Certain device permissions may be required for functionality such as resume uploads, profile photo uploads, and notifications.
• Users may manage permissions through their device settings.
• App availability may vary based on device compatibility, operating system requirements, and technical limitations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available through Jobonn, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Trademarks
• Text
• Graphics
• Website design
• Mobile application design
• Software and source code

is the property of Jobonn or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website and mobile application may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, payment providers, communication platforms, or external services.

Jobonn does not control and is not responsible for:

• Third-party content
• Privacy practices
• Security practices
• Availability of external services
